Our standard rental includes the equipment, delivery, setup, on-site technician support throughout the event, teardown, and pickup. Travel and lodging for the technician may apply depending on your event location.

03Do I need interpretation booths for every event?+

No. Smaller settings like boardroom meetings, site visits, and tours work well with portable tour-guide systems. Full booths are recommended for conferences, conventions, and events with 50+ attendees where professional sound isolation is essential.

04Can you provide interpreters along with equipment?+

05How many receivers do I need?+

We recommend one receiver per attendee who will need interpretation. We always ship 10-15% extra units as spares. For very large events, we can provide up to 5,000+ receivers.
