I have many years of experience in the translation - interpreting business.

Extremely versatile, detail oriented, over 20 years of experience. I specialize in medical translation but continue to work in all other areas.

Master's Degree in Linguistics with a specialty in Slavic Languages from a highly ranked University in Moscow, Russia. Because of my near-native English ability and experience within American culture, I am able to provide a native-level translation and interpretation in both Russian and English. Professional translations of numerous documents and educational materials into Russian and English including two books.

I acquired fluency in four languages through my education in Czech Republic, France, Bolivia, Spain and the US, all of which with excellent results. I developed my linguistic skills further at the most prestigious university in Central Europe, Charles University, where I studied French and Spanish for Intercultural Communication and received Bachelor's degree in translation and interpretation. I performed consecutive interpretation (Spanish to Czech, Spanish to English) during a Fair trade conference in Prague, Czech Republic and I was a personal interpreter for a French author during a book festival in Tábor, Czech Republic. I have also participated in a Translation for Progress project, where I have translated several chapters of a history book from English into Spanish. At the beginning of this year, I completed my Medical Interpretation training and received a HIPAA Certificate that allows me to interpret in the hospitals. Although Czech is my only native language, both my Spanish and English are near native.
