I am an experienced Hebrew translator, born and raised in Israel, currently residing in New York City. A little about me: I am a writer and a spokesperson for various companies. I have just completed translating "On Gray Matters", which is an encyclopedia of nutrition and spirituality, written by Ilana Rogel. I have also translated and edited academic essays, newspaper and magazine articles, presentations, plays, synopses, etc., from Hebrew to English as well as from English to Hebrew. Until recently, I have been head translator for the Israeli newspaper The Business Post, which has sadly closed down. I have a very strong connection with Hebrew and English, living both in Israel and NYC. I am fascinated and enchanted by the possibilities of conveying ideas, information, thoughts and facts from one language to the other. I take pride in working fast and specializing in crazy deadlines.

I speak foreign laguanges accent-free. I have interpreted written work from Hebrew/English English/Hebrew. I translated orally in several languages including the ones checked off above. I work in a newspaper where several languages are used.

I have worked as a Hebrew-English translator for the last 20 years from my base in New York City. While still living in Israel, my interests included creative writing and journalism. I have also worked as a Style Editor for the Israeli and American media. My first Job at New York was as an editor and translator for the LA edition of 'Israel Shelanu'. I worked as a translator for press articles for the newspapers 'Yedioth America' and 'Ha Doar'.

I am currently an MA student in Middle Eastern History and upon finishing my degree in June, I will have studied the translation of Modern Standard Arabic for two years. I also have the ability to translate Hebrew. I am a beginner who is looking to gain experience and my foot in the door in the world of translation.

I was born and raised in Russia, and lived for 18 years in Israel. Today I live in New York and pursuing Masters degree at Hunter College. I have fluent Russian, Hebrew and English and can translate diverse texts as academic, literature and film. I extensively travel around the world, love languages and also speak French and Spanish.

I was born and raised in Israel by American parents and consequentially view both languages as my native tongue. Additionally, my degree in English Literature has further strengthened my grammatical skills beyond that of an average native speaker. Furthermore, for the past year I have been the manager and editor for a team of translators for a law firm involved in an international class-action medical lawsuit which has expanded my translational skills into both medical as well as legal terminology. Growing up in Israel, I studied communication & media. I posses strong literary knowledge in Hebrew and have completed several literary translations. In addition, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and will begin my PhD studies in clinical psychology this fall. I speak, read and write fluently in both languages and enjoy translating literature and journalistic pieces.

I am fluent in both Hebrew and English. I have some experience translating from my Israeli army service. I would be happy to work for your organization, helping with whatever translation needs you may have.
