Translated literature texts from Indonesian into German (Indonesian short stories, published), copy wrote and translated the content of our project website from German into Indonesian, translated daily briefings from German into English while working as a marketing researcher, co-edited a volume on Indonesia's democratization in English (which included writing an academic article in English as well as proofreading and translating other author's papers), wrote my PhD thesis in English, etc.
