Swedish Interpreters in California

I have been a free-lance linguist for English / Filipino (Tagalog), since 2001. I passed the written tests of the California Certification for Tagalog Interpreters, in September 2007. I received a Priority Level security clearance by the Department of Homeland Security, in March 2007, and, a Secret Level clearance from the Drug Enforcement Agency, in June 2010. I also received a Certificate for Electronic Surveillance from the California Office of the Attorney General, in June 2010.

I was born in Los Angeles but have traveled back and forth every year from Norway to Sweden. I lived two years in Norway and also attended Norwegian school from ages 14-16. I know both languages very well and can be a great help in interpreting.

I have worked as a freelance Translator since 1997, mostly within the entertainment field, such as features, documentaries, TV-shows, video games etc. I have also translated several legal documents, including Marriage Cert., Divorce Papers, Contracts, Birth Cert., and different law suit documents.
