How far in advance should I book a VRI session?
For common languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, etc.), 24–48 hours is usually enough. For rare languages or highly specialized interpreters, 3–5 days is safer. We also handle same-day requests when our schedule allows.
Can I use VRI for legal proceedings?
Yes. Many courts now accept VRI for hearings, depositions, and attorney-client meetings. Our legal interpreters hold court certification and understand courtroom protocol. We provide session recordings when authorized.
Is my VRI session secure?
All sessions run on encrypted connections. We support your platform's native security features — Zoom E2EE, Teams encryption, Webex end-to-end. For high-sensitivity sessions, we can use our own secure portal.
