My professional career is in the field of biochemistry, biology, medicine, pharmaceuticals and toxicology, and these are my preferred areas for translation or interpretation. Though English is my native language, I have been fluent in Russian all my life. I was raised and educated in the U.S., completed my studies in Moscow, where I worked for seven years, and after returning to New York, divide my time between NY and Moscow. I have been a professional translator/interpreter for 20 years, engaged in publising, advertising, East European studies, and the hotel/resort industry. I work with OmegaT as translation memory.
