I got my B.A. in English and started to do translation and interpretation in 1997. I also taught a college level Translation course in China. I provided interpretation and translation services to some private companies and also did simultanous interpretation at a Chinese Church. My strengths as both a translator and an interpretor are in delivering high quality work. And my understanding of customers' needs and cultural differences enables me to provide superior service.

Keyin is a professional Mandarin-Chinese interpreter and Chinese (traditional and simplified) translator, consecutive and simultaneous, in legal, medical, healthcare, academic, manufacturing audit, pharmaceutical, technologies, public sector and governmental rules and regulation compliance, hospitality, media entertainment/film/documentary film, insurance, business, marketing, information technology, voice-over, conference and seminar fields. She is a Federally admitted Healthcare Linguist for Medicare and Health Insurance Marketplace, and, for several states’ Medicaid and Departments for Human and Health Services. As a Court legal interpreter, she deals with judge hearing proceedings, depositions, mitigation and mediation resolution, malpractice, injuries, documentation review and translation, eDiscovery, immigration papers interpretation and translation, and, HIPAA and Electronic Health Record (HER) regulatory compliance. In medical interpretation, with thorough knowledge of the IMIA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics and as a communication expert and a true linguist, cross-culturally she deals with anatomies and specialties: Operating and Emergency Rooms, Oncology, Urology, Kidney Dysfunction and Renal Transplants, Pediatrics, Women Health, Childbirth, Autism, Ear-Nose-Throat, Oral and Maxillofacial, mental and psychiatric health, etc., often facing sensitive information and situations. As literature translator, she deals with legal, public school systems and boards of policies and parents communication, governmental compliance and rules and regulations such as committees of overseers and ethics and planning and policies, private business trade issues and information technology technical manuals, media subtitles and occasionally voice-over. As an academic interpreter and translator and a community linguist Communicator, she often takes on assignments for school system including special education, school audit, PTA conference and annual performance test evaluation, etc. for students, parents, school teachers, society workers and administrators. She often interpreters, translates and reviews legal documents and correspondence for private attorney firms for legal proceedings and depositions. Keyin is also a volunteer community interpreter.
