Romanian Translator employed by the US Army, Joint Task Force East (JTF-E) during JTF-E’s Summer rotation in Romania. Duties were to translate for the US Army all documents from Romanian to English, which included: correspondence motions, briefs, reports, and agreements. Ensured that all deadlines were met and that quality of translation was exceptional. I also went out on missions with US personnel for on the spot translations as well interpreting at meetings with high-ranking officials.

My native language is Romanian, but I have been in the United States attending school from an early age. Both my Romanian and my English are at a very proficient level.

I am native Russian/Romanian speaker from the Republic of Moldova (Eastern Europe). I have taught Russian and Romanian for over 8 years in the Republic of Moldova (Russian and Romanian are my mother-tongues since I’m from a multiethnic family) apart from my direct interpreter job–related duties within various American and international organizations like American Bar Association/Rule of Law Initiative-Moldova (ABA-ROLI Moldova), International Foundation for Elections Systems (IFES Moldova), SOROS Foundation, etc. I fluently speak English and I also have basic knowledge of French and Italian. I graduated from Bucharest State University (Romania), Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences, and have a bachelor degree. I also am the administrator of Leo Tolstoy web page of the largest Russian electronic library.
