I am an Italian translator and have been in the US since 2005. I am versed in both cultures and business environments. Currently I am a translator/customer service rep for an international company. I have localized websites as well as translated technical and legal documents, product information and supported customers from Italy and the US in warranty/product issues as well as general technical support.
