I have been a Dutch translator for over two years. I am originally from Belgium but now live in the US. I am a native speaker of Dutch. I hold a Master\\'s Degree in Translation Studies (Dutch-English-Spanish)
The main thing I like about translating is the challenge to produce a clear translation that sounds natural to the target audience.
I mainly have experience with the translation of legal and marketing-related texts but I am certainly willing to translate different genres.

Excellent knowledge of French and -to a lesser degree- Modern Greek. Reading knowledge of Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and German. I am a Dutch Native speaker with a Bachelor degree in Dutch language studies including: literature, linguistics and language. In Europe I use to work for IT companies such as British Telecom (BT) where I had to communicate in English, Dutch, Flemish and French. Because of my IT background, I became very familiar with computer terminology in languages as Dutch, English French and Flemish.
I finished my studies at Aegean University Radio-television-cinema in 1997. I work in tourism sector since 1997.I made also translations in the languages written above.
