I am originally from Uzbekistan and I have been working in New York City since 2010. I hold the law degree from Uzbekistan and currently working towards my US law degree and I have been translating, proofreading and interpreting as a part of my professional tasks for more than 10 years, as well as on a part-time freelance basis since 2010. My university specialties and work experience make me particularly skillful in translation of themes related to law, management, business and finance. I am very conversant with the Microsoft Office Suite and am also familiar with Adobe Acrobat. In terms of CAT software, I use TRADOS 2009. My qualities include excellent concentration and discipline. I am very detail-oriented, organized, and driven to quality and perfection. I believe these qualities, together with my in-depth knowledge of the Uzbek, Russian and English languages, would make me an excellent option for translation, proofreading and quality assurance opportunities.

I am fluent in Turkish and Uzbek, can understand, read and write Russian,somewhat fluent in Russian.

I have several years experience learning and writing Uzbek language. I am trained using the materials from the Central Eurasian Studies department at Indiana University-Bloomington - the foremost leader in central asian languages and culture. I do English to Uzbek and Uzbek to English translations, transcriptions, and proofreading.
