I'm the Hungarian< English Language Chair of the American Translators Association (ATA), as well as an examination grader for them. I'm also a monthly columnist for the "ATA Chronicle." In addition to being ATA-certified, I have been admitted to the ranks of court interpreters by the Judiciary Council of California.

I am a Hungarian born and raised Business and Economics major, later on Law and Business-Eco major licensed attorney (ICAM-Madrid,Spain; proof of license available). I have been living at abroad since age 14. I have dealt with numerous transactions both in English, Spanish and Hungarian and had been required to provide interpretation / translation services. I actually collaborate with LA Public Counsel Office attorneys (provide translations, interpretation between client and attorneys; a place with high standards and deadline sensitive work ethics), also participated in their Law Clinic jointly held with UCLA (Immigration Law). I also provide translation/interpretation services to an Alternative Health-Cosmetics Company: MatrixDrops (website article translations, interpretation..etc.). Education: Dual Degree in Law

I have a PhD in biology and a BSc in computer science. Therefore I am well suited for translating scientific materials. I am hard working and get the job done on time. Many of my clients have been satisfied with my work. With a degree in programming I am also very knowledgeable of using computer software. I can also translate from Norwegian to English and from all these source languages to Hungarian as well.

I am a native Hungarian who has been living in LA for a year. My major was art history but I have been doing translation jobs for more than 4 years now. I also wrote articles in both English and Hungarian.

Literary background, Masters from UCLA in Italian Lg and lit. Constantly in touch with both Hungarian and English as the editor of a Hungarian newspaper in L.A. I am good with poetry and lyrics. Love to take a challenge any time.
