Though English is my native language, I have been fluent in Russian all my life. I was raised and educated in the U.S., completed my studies in Moscow, where I worked for seven years, and after returning to New York, divide my time between NY and Moscow. I have been a professional translator/interpreter for 20 years, engaged in publising, advertising, East European studies, and the hotel/resort industry. I work with OmegaT as translation memory.

Master's Degree in Linguistics with a specialty in Slavic Languages from a highly ranked University in Moscow, Russia. Because of my near-native English ability and experience within American culture, I am able to provide a native-level translation and interpretation in both Russian and English.
