Since I have a Ph.D. in the Humanities and worked for the translating service at Columbia University (CUTTA), much of my experience has been in scholarly publications, academic documents (transcripts, diplomas, job applications), and educational websites. However, I have also worked with legal documents (visas, working papers, etc.), personal correspondence, and other types of texts.
