I have four years case management experience working with the Vietnamese population in providing medical and social interpretation due to language barriers. On a regular basic I assisted families in coordination with social services so they could obtain services and benefits. Daily routine is providing information on available services and appropriate programs such as Long Term Care Services, Family Caregiver, and Case Management for the Vietnamese community in King County through the Asian Counseling and Referral Service Organization.
