I am a native English speaker, and I gained fluency in Portuguese while living in Brazil for 10 months after marrying my wife, who is Brazilian. I am a freelance translator working in Portuguese to English document translation, and I will also provide proofreading and editing services. I have a B.A. in English from Louisiana State University and an M.Ed. in English Education from The Ohio State University. I hold a Florida Professional Educator’s Certificate for English, grades 6-12, and I have taught high school English since 2006.
