I am a native speaker of Uzbek Language who also knows Turkish, Russian, English. I can translate and interpret any of these languages into others. I was educated in Russian, Uzbek and English languages. I am living in Providence, RI and majoring in Immigration Law. I have full knowledge to provide translation service in Legal, Immigration court, Pharmacy, Medicine, Medical, Business, Finance and more.
I work as a translator and interpreter across English, Turkish, and Azerbaijani. My practice covers both consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for on-site meetings, telephone calls, and video remote sessions. In translation, I handle documents ranging from legal contracts and patent filings to financial reports and technical manuals. My subject matter focus includes business, chemical, consumer electronics, electrical engineering, energy and environment, genetics, gaming, social sciences, and textiles. Whether converting written texts or facilitating spoken communication, I ensure accurate terminology and clear delivery between these three languages.
After coming to U.S.A. and doing a number of things, I started working as a per diem court interpreter, (July 1992), in the Nassau County first district court in Hempstead, Long Island.
In time, the occupation that I started as a part time job improved through good service and referrals and became a business. Started working with the Federal Courts in 1994, translated a lot of documents, transcribed and then translated a lot of tapes when I first started. (Recently they turned to CD's.) Today, I am working in all New York and New Jersey State and Federal courts as a per diem interpreter. Also doing written translations, editing, tape transcriptions, simultaneous seminar and deposition interpreting, medical interpreting and medical translations.
I also work as an escort interpreter. I work for private law offices, translation agencies and Government agencies as a freelance independent contractor.
I finished my studies at Aegean University Radio-television-cinema in 1997. I work in tourism sector since 1997.I made also translations in the languages written above.
I am first and foremost an academician with Ph.D.s in History and Political Science, specializing in the Middle East. I teach at college and university (undergraduate) levels (for some 15 years now). I have worked as a journalist for more than 2 decades. I have done freelance translation since 1980 in Armenian, Arabic, and Turkish. I also do research in Classical Armenian and Ottoman Turkish. I am also a California Certified Real Estate Broker and a Certified Notary Signing Agent. For the past 5 years I have been involved in many translation/linguistic projects for the USA Federal Government in Washington DC and Overseas.
I am a senior student nurse in UALR School of Nursing, Little Rock, AR awating to graduate in Dec 2009 with a title of Registered Nurse. I have been working in health care setting for 6 years. Not only I had been a simultaneous translator for the U.S. Air Force in the past, I am currently offering my services to the companies, hospitals and medical schools.
I have a one year work experience in consecutive, simultaneous interpretation and translation in a US firm. Besides, I am an auditor, currently taking CPA exams to become qualified accountant/auditor.
I worked in 'Ministry of Justice' in Ankara, Turkey for long years as an interpreter. I prepared extradiction files for foreign convicts in Turkey and Turkish convicts abroad. I have been to numereous conferences with our 'Minister' as a simultaneous interpreter.
