I grew up roughly half of my life in the USA and the other half in Brazil. I therefore have native fluency in English, and I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker; I’m also able to read, understand and communicate in basic Spanish. In addition to my extensive experience, I have a solid academic background including a Masters degree, and I am client focused, results driven, accountable, and well organized.

I am a court-certified Portuguese translator. I hold a BA degree in Spanish. I have over three years of experience as an Interpreter. I can translate from English into Portuguese and Spanish into Portuguese.

I interpret messages accurately and completely, producing culturally and linguistically comprehensible speech for target audience. I adapt quickly to linguistic challenges and fast-paced environments. I prepares extensively for new interpreting settings and regularly study new terminologies, perfect note-taking techniques, and formulate professional introductions. I adheres to the Code of Ethics for Interpreters.Possesses CELPE-Bras Superior Advanced Portuguese Proficiency — the highest level of proficiency certificate developed and recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education. I completed a 40-hour interpreter training in December 2018.
