Through more than 15 years of my professional life I have done written and oral translation and interpretation from English to Russian and from Russian to English in different settings, at workshops and conferences, for small and large groups, mostly with terminology of social sciences. The last 10 years I have been living in the United States, where I have developed my understanding of English in numerous contexts, including, health care, education, government, legal, business and financial spheres. Also, I have HIPAA certification. Currently, I am working with a couple of interpretation agencies in NYC with mostly medical (NYU Langone, IME) and some social interpretation.
