I have a wide variety of interpreting experiences in a diverse set of government and industry settings. Additionally, I am known for maintaining an excellent rapport with the groups I work with.

I have graduated from Russian University with a degree in English. I am not an interpeter by profession but have a strong background in translating. My special strength is written translation. However, I did some oral, as well as written, translations for my father and his work. I also have a monography. I was a contracted translator for a book. In addition, I have translated various texts for my own writing and papers while studying in the US. Recently, I have graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with MA in English.

I am natively fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. I am also competently fluent in Hebrew, because I lived and worked for many years in Israel. In addition, I am able to translate from many Eastern European languages, such as Polish, Slovak, Czech, Bulgarian and other Slavic languages. I have accomplished numerous translation and interpretation assignments from/into English with these languages.

I am a native Azerbaijani speaker providing simultaneous interpretation and consecutive translation services in Azerbaijani into English, English into Azerbaijani, Turkish into English, Russian into English. I am located in Reading, Pennsylvania. I have been providing Azerbaijani interpretation services in Energy/Environment, Social Sciences, Legal and Telecommunication spheres for 10 years. I have BA in English and a Teacher's Certificate and Degree of a teacher of social and political sciences. I have worked as a translator and interpreter for Exxon Mobil and other companies. I have been in Reading, PA for 6 years.

I worked as a translator for the United Nations' Development Project, which gave me a perfect experience in translating business related texts. I've been trained in legal translating/intepreting. I am pursuing a degree in legal studies right now, and I am in the process of getting a certification from the Pennsylvania Court Intepreter Program. I have passed the written exam and will be taking the oral exam this year.

My strengths as a translator are two fold: first, I use excellent prose to tell highly enjoyable stories, something that comes in handy for marketing and other texts meant to convey information in an interesting manner. Second, I am passionate about diplomacy and international relations, staying up to date on the latest around the world. This makes me an excellent choice for work on government contracts and news-related texts.

I am a Russian to English translator. I have 5 years of experience, and my core subjects are law, finance, marketing, and literature. As a published literary translator, I am especially well-suited to projects that require a creative approach. I am a member of the American Translators Association and hold a master's degree in translation.
