My practice covers both written translation and oral interpretation in consecutive, simultaneous, on-site, telephone, and video remote settings. I focus heavily on medical and pharmaceutical subjects, including hormone replacement therapy, pain management, oncology, and dermatology, alongside projects in genetics, biology, and environmental energy. My background also extends to consumer electronics, telecommunications, and social sciences. I have facilitated international board meetings, press conferences, and specialized training seminars for major organizations in the healthcare and energy sectors. Whether translating complex clinical documents or interpreting live symposiums, I ensure precise terminology and clear communication across these technical disciplines.

I went back to school to study languages. Informally, I have helped many people with problems to understand correctly the different aspects of languages other than their first one.

I have graduated in Portuguese, English and Literature at Estacio de Sa University, Brazil. I was a State High School Teacher while living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I have been working with translation / interpretation for many years.

I translate and interpret between English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with a specific focus on converting Spanish and Portuguese materials into English. My work centers on business communications, energy and environmental topics, marketing content, and patent documentation. I ensure precise terminology and clear messaging across these technical and commercial fields. My background includes providing bilingual technical support and managing sales initiatives for energy sector clients, which sharpened my ability to convey complex information accurately. I also bring experience in language instruction and office administration, allowing me to handle diverse projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

I am a highly experienced and dedicated translator and interpreter in several fields of knowledge, with the language pair English ↔ Brazilian Portuguese. I grew up roughly half of my life in the USA and the other half in Brazil. I therefore have native fluency in English, and I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker; I’m also able to read, understand and communicate in basic Spanish. In addition to my extensive experience, I have a solid academic background including a Masters degree, and I am client focused, results driven, accountable, and well organized.

I am a court-certified Portuguese translator. I hold a BA degree in Spanish. I have over three years of experience as an Interpreter. I can translate from English into Portuguese and Spanish into Portuguese.

I am a linguist holding a terminal degree in Applied Linguistics.I am fluent in Russian, advanced German, with translation abilities in Spanish, Portuguese, and French.I have fulfilled translation requests for all of these specific languages as a translator. Working in the largest localization service provider in the world with teams across over 20 countries and 4 continents, I am very respected and trusted among colleagues and managers. I translate from Russian to English, German to English, Spanish to English, and Portuguese to English.

For the last five years, I have been producing high-quality translations from English into Brazilian Portuguese, with specialist subjects in legal and business. I have a law degree from Brazil, a certificate in translation from New York University, and I have recently completed a Master degrees in Laws in Environmental Law ( concentration in Energy Law) at Vermont Law School.  In addition, I am an active member of the Brazilian Bar Association and the American Translators Association.
