I am native German and a certified translator for English<>German. I also received a bachelor\\'s degree in Transportation & Logistics Management in May of 2010.

My longest project so far has been a 7-month French proofreading contract with WorldBook Encyclopedia. It gave me the chance to use one of my best skills - research. Advertisements and other tricky texts are no problem, as I am very creative with words (though only when necessary!)

As in-house technical documentation staff for a German-owned US company for 10 years, I have extensive experience translating technical specifications, operations manuals and research reports relating to industrial equipment, as well as advertising materials, financial and legal documents, and news articles.
