I have been translating on site as needed during mostly conferences in the Las Vegas area, and also teaching a class of french to beginners level for children.

During the past 11 years I lived and worked in Germany and Austria as English/German instructor and translator. I taught business English at a German university from 2003 to 2010. I hold a PhD degree in Germanic Languages from the University of California, Los Angeles.

I lived in Korea for 2 years. Last month I graduated with a bachelors degree in Korean from Brigham Young University. I have had two jobs that require my language skills. The first, Korean/English tutor and the second was a customer service job calling Koreans from the USA.

I was born in Croatia and I moved to the United States in 2001. I graduated from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Engineering requires excellent communication skills, especially in writing reports. I've been working for the Environmental Engineering company since May 2007. I am an English to French translator and interpreter with a few years' experience in aeronautics, more precisely helicopters, commercial websites, NGO, technical translations, conference interpreting and consecutive interpretation, editing, transcribing and proofreading.
