The first and only Certified Ilocano Court interpreter in the nation having passed the Certification Consortium Exam for Court Interpreters given by the Hawaii State Judiciary.

For three years I travelled and worked in English speaking countries. Throughout my years of customer service, I have developed my skills in translation. I have always had the abilty to help my friends and colleagues to learn and improove their language skills in English.

I'm a full blooded Filipino who has been speaking the language my whole life. In addition, I graduated with a BA in Philippine Language and Literature at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

I'm the Hungarian< English Language Chair of the American Translators Association (ATA), as well as an examination grader for them. I'm also a monthly columnist for the "ATA Chronicle." In addition to being ATA-certified, I have been admitted to the ranks of court interpreters by the Judiciary Council of California.

Although I have selected just one area as a discipline, I do not quite know if this is a specialty or not. I have excellent language skills in both Bengali and English.

I speak foreign laguanges accent-free. I have interpreted written work from Hebrew/English English/Hebrew. I translated orally in several languages including the ones checked off above. I work in a newspaper where several languages are used.

I have been a free-lance linguist for English / Filipino (Tagalog), since 2001. I passed the written tests of the California Certification for Tagalog Interpreters, in September 2007. I received a Priority Level security clearance by the Department of Homeland Security, in March 2007, and, a Secret Level clearance from the Drug Enforcement Agency, in June 2010. I also received a Certificate for Electronic Surveillance from the California Office of the Attorney General, in June 2010.

I also bring deep subject-matter expertise from years of translating specialized materials in government, economics, business, and technical product support, including user and technical manuals. My academic foundation features a Master of Arts in English Philology with a concentration on translation and interpreting, complemented by certificates in legal studies and digital publishing. I am a certified translator recognized by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Bulgaria. Whether handling complex regulatory texts or adapting content for diverse industries like consumer electronics and energy, I ensure accuracy and linguistic precision in every project.

I have over 25 years of experience as a Russian interpreter and translator. I have worked with a large variety of terminology and in various settings. I am a contract translator and interpreter with the U.S. State Department and a Registered Court Interpreter in California. I hold an MA degree in English Philology with specialization in translation and interpreting from St. Kliment Ohridski of Sofia, Bulgaria and an MBA with concentration in finance from California State University at Northridge, CA, an accredited graduate MBA program.

I was born in Romania. But my nationality is Hungarian. Which allowed me to perform translations between these two languages.

I have an extensive translation and interpretation practice majorly in human and veterinary medicine, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical trials and secondary translation and interpretation proficiency in the areas of business, finances, marketing and advertising, electronics and electrical engineering. I constantly strive to provide accurate translation, up to date with all applicable standards, standing for prompt and diligent work at all times.

I have a degree in Linguistics from the University of California Berkeley and I am a native speaker of Bulgarian and a fluent speaker in English.
