I have been translating on site as needed during mostly conferences in the Las Vegas area, and also teaching a class of french to beginners level for children.

I grew up in an international setting in Europe in a bilingual household. Therefore I have become acquainted with several languages, cultures and their respective characteristics. I am willing adapt to set expectations, to travel and to work weekends while delivering accurate translations on or before deadline.

I am an English to French translator and interpreter with a few years' experience in aeronautics, more precisely helicopters, commercial websites, NGO, technical translations, conference interpreting and consecutive interpretation, editing, transcribing and proofreading. I worked as a < href="/language/french-interpretation/">French interpreter full time for two and a half years for a helicopter manufacturer. I interpreted in simultaneous and consecutive modes during training sessions at the training academy, in the simulator and during real flights. I also proofread a lot of manuals for training and technical specifications from English to French and Itallian to French as well as translating other documents and parts of similar training manuals, contracts, invitation letters, checklists and other related printings (including military materials and negotiations). Additionally, I am a qualified professional pilot myself. I also contributed to a great variety of projects in different areas of expertise with my proofreading, editing and translation services. To give you a brief overview of my academic training, in addition to my resume: I earned a Master's degree with honors in Humanities and Social studies in English as a foreign language and a graduate degree in language teaching. I have been working as a French translator for 10 years.

I am a French interpreter with over 10 years of experience in translation industry. I have worked extensively with District Court, Municipal Court and Immigration Court as well as in various conferences regarding medical, marketing, direct sales, IT fields. I am court approved in Nevada and have DOJ clearance.
