My name is Mary Jane. I was born, raised, and educated in the USA. After completing my university education, I lived and worked in Israel for more than three decades. I now work as a freelance Hebrew translator, interpreter and language consultant based in Los Angeles.
My background includes over 15 years of experience in the Israeli high-tech sector, where I translated different materials from Hebrew into English, including user guides and marketing brochures. In recent years I have also translated, source material for films, children's books in rhyme, personal memoirs, legal, medical, and business material, and various other kinds of documents.
For the last four years, I have served as a registered Hebrew court interpreter in legal, medical, and school settings in the Los Angeles area, including court trials, depositions, medical consultations, and IEPs for the LAUSD.
